Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Fedex Home Delivery
|Used for non-residential addresses. Products that qualify will be Delivered to every address in the 48 contiguous U.S. states within 1 to 5 business days based on the distance to the destination (delivery to Alaska and Hawaii in 3 to 7 business days).
Like Fedex Ground but for residential addresses.
Transit Times typically 2 to 7 business days within the contiguous U.S., based on the final destination ZIP code.
Shipping method will be FedEx SmartPost. Please note that this method sometimes takes more time to arrive.
Allow 5-7 business days after your package is shipped.
If you need your order delivered sooner, please disregard free shipping and choose your shipping preference.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Tfloral.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
If your package is damaged in transit, please notify us immediately and no later than 7 days of receipt. Save all packaging for possible inspection by USPS or FedEx.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
